Peace, oh sweet and gentle peace

Your calm embrace is like a fleece

That wraps us up in love and grace

And helps us see a happy face


In every color, every creed

We find in you the hope we need

To wipe away all hate and fear

And bring a smile to every tear


You’re like a gentle summer breeze

That whispers softly in the trees

And carries with you all the love

That shines on us from up above


So let us hold you close and tight

And keep you shining, bright and bright

For in your arms we find release

And all our troubles find their ease.

  It was a dark and stormy night. The wind was howling and the rain was pouring down in sheets. Mia was driving down a long, deserted road in the middle of nowhere. She was on her way home from a friend's house, but she had taken a wrong turn and was now lost.  Suddenly, her car started to sputter and she realized that she was running out of gas.
