A poem on royalty

 By Abhiroop kaur mann

In grand halls of stone and gold,

Where royalty reigns, mighty and bold,

A king or queen sits on the throne,

Fate and destiny, theirs alone.

In sparkling crowns and silken dress,

They bring to life all their finesse,

And rule with grace and righteousness,

To fill their land with peace and bliss.

Their kingdoms flourish in abundance,

With loyal subjects' unwavering assistance,

They protect their lands from enemies' arrogance,

And savor the fruits of their perseverance.

But not all is golden in the life of the king,

For worry, sadness, and fear, do they bring?

Their burden is great; their hearts heavy with care,

Ready to protect their kingdom with utmost flair.

For in their crown rests great responsibility,

To strive and maintain their gracious equity,

To shield and serve with unwavering loyalty,

The awe-inspiring symbol of their sovereignty.

So bow to them with the utmost respect,

For their demeanor is to protect,

Their people, their heritage, their land,

A member of nobility, forever grand.
